Martin Mini leads KCADC's marketing communications efforts with more than 30 years of experience in place branding. Mini and his team manage national marketing, publicity, advertising, events, social media and online promotional efforts to recruit new corporate investment and top talent to the 18-county KC region.
KCADC's national brand marketing platform – "ThinkKC" – as well as the companion regional effort to create metro unity – "OneKC" – have both received great support from civic and business leaders throughout the KC area.
Martin and his team generate hundreds of regional brand extensions, as well as promoting the KC region's business and lifestyle assets. He also led development and branding for a number of regional civic initiatives including the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute, KC Animal Health Corridor, KC SmartPort, KCnext, TeamKC and KC Rising.
A native of Illinois, Martin has a B.S. in Advertising and Journalism from Southern Illinois University, and a M.S. in Marketing Communication from Illinois State University. He is married to Teri Rogers.
