New Advanced Energy Company Establishes HQ in KC

EXERGONIX has selected Lee’s Summit, Mo. for its world headquarters and high-level technology product assembly. The company expects to bring 275 jobs with an average salary of $51,000 to Lee’s Summit in its first five years. Exergonix plans to build a 250,000-sq.-ft., LEED certified manufacturing facility and learning campus at the former Pfizer site at the intersection of U.S. 50 and M-291 Highway South in Lee’s Summit.
