Mark One has provided construction and design services for some of the Midwest's largest construction projects, such as the Nebraska Furniture Mart, the Kansas Speedway Grandstand Suites, the Satellite Parking Lots and Consolidated Car Rental facilities at KCI, the new IRS Service Center, the Kansas City Star Production Facility and the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art.

Mark One also works as a Prime Contractor.  We understand the ins and outs of property development, from guiding your project through planning and zoning committees to hiring the firms that get it built.  Our staff of architects, engineers and project managers are there to make your project a success.  We offer assistance in everything from site selection and acquisition, to planning and permitting, to construction and tenant finishes.
